It just seemed something luna would be particularly well suited for, as a demo project you could easily make a simple compositor with the images displayed in the visualisers. It would make a good playground.
In addition to that Ive got an interest in computer vision/machine learning. I thought Id eventually like to try and build a super simple neural network.
For both things it feels like there should be a standardised library for loading/displaying/saving images but also an easy way to work with n-dimensional arrays like you can with numpy. It sucks because it doesnt look like something like that exists in haskell?
